Metering and Instrumentation
Instruments are regarded as very important components of industrial processes, as they provide a means of measurement, indication, transmission, recording and most importantly control of process parameters like flow, pressure, temperature and level. Our engineering consultants provide dependable liquid and gas metering services ranging from new installations, scheduled maintenance, and calibration. Metering and Instrumentation
nstruments are very important in accurate measurement of process parameters and as such it is important that they are calibrated regularly depending on the OEM's requirements, usage of the instrument and regulatory standards. At CCE, we boast of a range of state-of-the-art calibration systems that could be used on instruments ranging from pressure gauges, thermometers, hygrometers, weighing balance to various valve types – PSV, SRV, ball valves, Control valves, SDV to mention but a few.
Instrumentation, Installation & Commissioning
At CCE, we have an outstanding track record of partnering and working with OEMs such as LMF, Austria, GE, Test Equipment USA,in all our areas of operation. We are quick to exploit our ability to initiate lasting relationships with reliable OEMs to provide relevant spares and equipment required for different phases of various projects. In addition, we also provide installation as well as commissioning services for various instruments with strict adherence to international standards. Our operating engagement standard is to provide continuous service and support throughout the operational life time of equipment, and as such we also offer maintenance and repair of instruments. CCE boasts of well-trained experts and a large array of advanced electrical test kits such as the Omicron CPC 100 and its ancillaries, ISA Test Kits (DRTS 6 protective relay tester, ISA secondary injection test set T1000, CBA 1000 Circuit Breaker Analyzer/Micro- Ohmmeter), GE Transport X Dissolved Gas Analysis test kit, HIPOT DTS-60A Oil Dielectric Tester, Fluke 424D Laser Distance Meter, Fluke TI400 9Hz Thermal Imaging Camera, and several other test and calibration equipment.
